At My Divine Shakti (mydivineshakti.in), we hold the sacredness of Rudraksha, divine malas, and puja items in highest regard. We are committed to ensuring complete satisfaction and peace of mind for every devotee.

  1. Order Cancellation:
  • Devotees can request order cancellation before the sacred parcel has been dispatched from our center.
  • Once dispatched with courier tracking generated, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • To cancel an eligible order, kindly contact our devotee helpline at +91 8529275141 or email support@mydivineshakti.in with your Order ID.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Item Delivery (Replacement):
  • Each sacred item undergoes careful packaging. However, if transit damage occurs or you receive an incorrect item, we provide a 100% free sacred replacement.
  • Devotees are requested to share a clear parcel unboxing video/photo within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+91 8529275141) or email.
  • Upon simple verification, an energized fresh replacement will be dispatched without any additional shipping cost.
  1. Sacred Sanctity & Returns:
  • Rudraksha beads and devotional items carry divine spiritual energy. For maintaining absolute Vedic sanctity and hygiene, items that have been worn, used in puja rituals, or tampered with cannot be returned.
  1. Devotional Refund Process:
  • For approved cancellations or eligible refund cases, the complete amount will be refunded directly to the original payment mode (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
  • Refunds typically reflect in the devotee’s account within 5 to 7 working days, as per standard banking timelines.
